      We took our award-winning Texas Red chili recipe and turned it into a convenient seasoning packet. You'll find two complete recipes right on the back of the box, and our mix goes great with diced or ground beef, venison, elk, turkey and pork and more!

      Each box contains FOUR packs of chili mix that make up to 2 pounds per pack - and comes with two different recipes, and it's proudly blended in Texas. 

      Our chili seasoning is ONLY available on this website, and is a limited batch for the colder months, so y'all stock up while you can! 

      CONTAINS: Chili Powder (Chili Pepper, Cumin, Salt, Oregano, Silicon Dioxide (2% maximum) is added as a flow agent, and Garlic), Salt, Spices, Paprika, Corn Starch, Garlic, Dextrose, Onion, Silicon Dioxide (Less than 2% for anti-caking), Disodium Inosinate and Disodium Guanylate.

WONDERFUL !

I used the HCC Chili seasoning for the first time (using my usual recipe, only changing the packaged seasoning) and for my palate, the seasoning is well-balanced, has the right amount of kick, and is a pleasure ! BRAVO !!!

Carnivore chilli mix

My family really enjoyed this chilli mix.they actually asked for chili the next day perfect mix not to spicy just enough kick to know your eating chili. I will be purchasing more soon

Chili Mix hits just right

Don't sleep on this chili mix. Packed with complex flavors and just the right amount of heat. When I first opened the packet, I was a little concerned with the some of the scents hitting me, but man, oh, man, it works! Highly recommend!

Best Chili Mix Out There!

I am not going to lie; HC has some good rubs, and I have used them here and there, but I am not a loyal customer. Last year I bought the chili mix and I couldn't believe the flavor. The best chili mix out there today and so easy! I was waiting for it to come back this year and I stocked up. Do yourself a favor and try it, you will not be disappointed, and you will keep coming back for it!
