Still Testing It On My Taste Buds

I've used it on a few things, like fried Prosciutto Bread with Provolone and breaded baked eggplant and find it to be enjoyable. Unfortunately, I bought it to use on a smoked turkey breast for my granddaughter and that got put on hold until this coming weekend, so the jury of one (her) is still out. My gut tells me, it's going to be more than tasty enough to move up to 5 stars!

The best pork butt Ruby ever!

I’ve tried a ton of rubs over the years and this is hands down the very best. I’ve made pulled pork for hundreds of different people and they can never say enough about the amazing flavor. This rub also gives the pork an amazing color as it is smoking that turns into a fantastic bark. Try it, you will not be disappointed.
