Black was made for Brisket!

Black has been my go to on briskets for some time now, this came after just giving it a try wanting for something different and the results spoke for themselves. Overwhelming comments of "best brisket ever" was enough to add it as the standard going forward. We now buy it the bulk refills to keep up with demand.

so good we had to go big!

We picked up a shaker jar of Hardcore Black at a Buckey's while driving through Texas (we're from CA) and while I figured the one jar would last a long time...we blew through it in less than 2 months! We put it on everything meat - ribeye steak, tri tip, skirt steak, burgers..... We had been Pappy's loyalists, sorry Pappy's, we're Hardcore now!
