* Free shipping & coupons:

Seasonal free shipping offers are valid only for addresses within the contiguous 48 US states. Sorry, we are unable to offer free shipping to AK, HI or any other regions at this time. 

Certain items are excluded from coupons and sales, and will be noted on the product page. Coupons and sale offers may not be stacked or combined. 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping transit times are generally 2-5 business days for domestic US deliveries and 7-10 business days for international deliveries. 

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes! We're happy to ship all over the world, but you may only find limited options at checkout. If you can't see your country as an option, just email us for a quote and we can add it in.

Please note - there are weight limitations on international orders and we are unable to ship the bulk jugs to non US addresses. If you are an international customer having trouble checking out, try removing some items from your cart. 

Brazilian customers: due to frequent issues with the Brazilian postal service of lost, unclaimed or undelivered packages, we cannot replace or refund any orders shipped to Brazilian addresses.

Who processes my payment?

We use the Shopify & Stripe gateway for all our transactions. Card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored. 

Why can't I find a contact phone number?

Because we don't have one! Since we are an online store, we offer online support. If you need to get in touch please send us an email  

The size I want is out of stock, will you get more?

Absolutely! Unless its an old or retired design, we always try to keep stock of our popular rubs and shirts. Every now and then we sell out, but you can bet another shipment is on the way, so just check back or shoot us an email.  

How do I become a dealer for your products?

Do you exchange products, or offer returns?

Sorry, we are unable to offer exchanges on items so please choose carefully as all sales are final. We offer returns and replacements for defective items, broken or missing items. Refunds are evaluated on a case by case basis, but we try to look after our customers as best we can. 

The rub is clumped in the bottle. What do I do?

Great question! We choose the "all killer, no filler" approach to our seasonings, giving you premium quality spices, so all you're getting in the bottle is pure awesome. As such, sometimes the rubs can get a little clumpy, but all you have to do is remove the lid, break up the mix with a fork, and you're good to go. Please store your rubs in a cool, dark and dry place. 

Your international shipping seems pricey, what's up with that?

We're a smaller business based out of Texas. Unlike many of the big online retailers who move so much stock they can command a pretty competitive shipping rate, our best available option for getting the gear to you is via USPS (that's the United States Postal Service, not a private courier). To keep things simple, we choose to use flat rate padded envelopes for most international orders, and there is no mark up on shipping costs. While it may seem pricey for a single item, remember that for the one flat rate you can ship 3-4 products.
